Details of the 2019 Eardisland Craft Fair and how to book stalls
The 4th annual Eardisland Craft Fair will be held on Saturday 12th October '19, between 10am - 4pm.
The venue, St Mary's Church, Eardisland, Leominster.
This event was formed in 2016, with stalls (23) which were limited to the church only. The event attracted 285 paying members of the public.
In 2017 the event was enlarged to 39 stalls, with additional space in two marquees in the church grounds. Despite awful weather with strong winds and driving rain the event attracted 335 hardy souls.
2018 saw 53 stalls, a visit from Storm Callum and 387 members of the public, who thoroughly enjoyed the day.
25 stalls in the church and a further 27 in three marquees in the church grounds, two 10m x 6m which will be joined together to form one space and a third 12m x 6m.

2. Once your place is confirmed please complete the booking form and return to the above email.
3. Please make your payment within 7 days. Preferred preference online in favour of Eardisland in Bloom, Sort Code 20-39-64, A/C 43174816. Alternatively a cheque by post to Eardisland in Bloom, 6 St. Mary’s Walk, Eardisland, Leominster, HR6 9BB.

Please note refunds will not be issued unless the weather is cancelled.
Once again a hot breakfast will be on offer in the nearby village hall for any early arrivals, with burgers and hotdogs being sold in the church grounds at lunchtime, with complimentary hot drinks available for stallholders, in the church, throughout the event.
The organisers very much hope that those booking space in the church will take up the offer of setting up their stall in the afternoon of Friday 11th October, however we understand if this should not be possible.
Both the public and stallholders will be asked to park their vehicles on the recreation ground, a 2 minute walk from the church. Please note this area will be stewarded throughout the event.
It is hoped a portaloo will be available in the church grounds.
Public admission to the show is £1, which entitles the bearer to a free hot drink in the village hall.
Stallholders will be offered every assistance by a team of volunteers to unload their vehicles prior to the event and with loading afterwards.
Unless you notify us in advance each space will be contain one 6’ table and one chair.
All stallholders will, on the day, be issued with a pass out ticket to ease their passage at the entrance.
All profits from the event will be equally divided between Eardisland Parochial Church Council and Eardisland in Bloom.
