This event will take place on Saturday 16th October, between 10am and 4pm . All stalls are fully booked but there remains limited space for any stall holder who wishes to pitch a gazebo in the church grounds.
Produce, as well as refreshments, including a free hot drink to those who have purchased a £1 entry ticket, will be available from the village hall, to which we are pleased to report we have limited use during the building programme.
Bacon rolls will be available in the church grounds from around 0930 with burgers and hotdogs to follow at 12pm.
As ever this event requires an enormous number of volunteers. A number of posts are already filled, but more are required for afternoon car parking and meet and greet roles.
In addition we require volunteers to assist with the following; Thursday 14th October @ 10am to help erect the marquee and tents. Friday 15th October between 2pm and 6pm to assist stall holders with unloading from their vehicles to their stalls, thus ensuring parking in the church grounds is kept to a minimum. Saturday 16th October from 0730, to assist stall holders with unloading. Again at 4pm with loading of vehicles, to ensure vehicles are turned around in as quick a time as possible. Monday 18th October @ 2pm to help with dismantling the marquee. Finally I am looking for a volunteer to assist as a liaison, being the initial point of contact when the stall holder arrives, welcoming them and showing them to their allocated position at the event. It requires and an early start, 0730. Can you help?
Please tell your friends and family about the fair and see if we can beat the 2019 attendance record of 400.
