Eardisland Village Hall is available to hire.
Here at Eardisland Village Hall we offer a newly painted facility with a new, bigger and very lovely village hall kitchen. The Main Hall, kitchen and small committee room are available for hire to individuals and groups in part or as a whole.
This work has been a huge step towards ensuring we have a community centre fit for the future. There are of course still (always) jobs to do elsewhere inside and outside the Hall, which we and the Parish Council are working towards completing as time, funds and volunteers are available.
The Village Hall Management Committee are really looking forward to welcoming both new and existing users to the Hall – keep your eyes open for upcoming events – these will be advertised on noticeboards, on the website and Facebook page as well as in the Parish Magazine.

HIRE CHARGES – applicable for bookings made after 1 August 2022. Please note - in the light of current escalating fuel costs EVHMC will need to review charges periodically.
All hirings for Main Hall and Committee Room include use of the kitchen for preparation of drinks and snacks (on a shared basis if both rooms are booked separately). For more extensive use of kitchen facilities please see rates below.

2 hours - £25.00
3 hours - £32.00
up to 4 hours - £38.00
After 4 hours, each additional hour - £6.00

Committee Room
1 hour - £7.00

1 hour - £15.00

Extra charges may be applicable:
Kitchen - For bookings which require exclusive use of kitchen facilities including use of
ovens, chiller etc a £5.00 surcharge will be made for any period to contribute to the cost of
electricity used.
Setting up/clearing away. 15 minutes either side of your booked event time is included. If
you require longer the following charges apply:

Main Hall £3.50/hour
Committee Room £2.00 per hour
Kitchen only £2.00
Please note – you are only covered by Village Hall insurance for the time you have paid for.
